My son purchased a bracelet for my birthday and 2 days later I lost it. There should be a safety feature. I did not have the heart to tell him, so I purchased another one so he won’t know.

shipping and delivery went well. the bracelet is beautiful. my only disappointment was the color of the stones. they were lighter pink than I wanted.

I really like the John Madeira story and my wife loves it. However, when I place an order online, I receive an email that says I've left something in my shopping cart. Even now I paid for it and it said it was going to be shipped. This causes problems. Perhaps you can fix it.

Quality workmanship. Fast shipping. I do think though the pricing of the products are on the high side.

You would have 5 stars if you did not charge for shipping.

The bracelet is beautiful, however, it is difficult to get on. I am hesitant about keeping it on due to how it will hold up in the shower

Too many emails

Thank you for the prompt delivery of my two pair of earrings. I do have a question. I lost one of a similar pair. It was more slender than what was delivered to me. Do you still have that style available? Is it possible for me to return the second pair as the day they arrived I found my lost earring attached to teh bottom of my curler set!!! It is just a little less formal and I wear them every day and get many compliments! Thank you for your attention! Kathy Benson
