No response ever
I was using their subscription with trial period. I never found any autoapply for me or any new job posting. After 3 days I tried to cancel the subscription but there were no option. I tried to contact with them several times through email but never get any response back. By that time they charged my credit card 2 times. Even I sent an email today's morning. No response yet. I have never found any contact number to talk with any real person/representative. Now I really doubt if anyone ever get any job offer by jobsolv?

Hi Sanzida, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the frustration you experienced. We’ve gone ahead and canceled your subscription and issued a full refund of your most recent payment. You’ll see this reflected on your statement shortly. To clarify a few points: • We do not offer an auto-apply feature. Automated applications violate terms of service on partner job boards, reduce employer trust, and lower interview rates for candidates. • Our platform focuses on remote job matching for data and analytics roles, as well as 1 click ATS-approved résumé tailoring designed to improve relevance and response rates. • You can cancel your plan at any time directly from your account profile. When canceled, your subscription becomes inactive immediately. • We also offer free features if you prefer not to use a paid plan. Additionally, we do not provide a trial period for paid subscriptions. Our pricing page outlines both free and unlimited paid plans so customers can choose based on what they find most cost-effective and useful. We take feedback seriously, and we’re always working to improve response times and clarity around our feature set. We appreciate you giving us a try, and wish you success in your job search. Warm regards, Jobsolv Support Team
