I dislike the fact that when you click on a job to view, other jobs come first. It is bad enough being out of work withput trying to make us look stupid havig to click 7 of 8 times trying to find the job being suggested for us. Not everyone grew up with a computer, or has the ability to spend hours looking for a hint to the lead YOU suggest.

great leaders and acknowledge, and hand-written notes are often more memorable than the fanciest sequence
