Went from a five-star product to garbage. Very disappointing!
When I first started buying from JMO technologies, the PLA was excellent. My last three orders, there were issues. One order two spools were broken, so I had to respool them. Customer service offered me a discount but did not honor it on any orders. My last order, the PLA on two spools were very brittle. JMO only has a 30 day return policy. I buy many spools on an order. I now purchase from GST3D and so far it is good. Please JMO, go back to your original quality. I loved your previous products.
