Great customer service and great products

It was nice to get my order so quickly. You said 7 to 10 days it wasn’t they long

Very helpful. Very quick response to requests. Keep informing on order status until it ship.

Great customer service and speedy service.

Associates were polite and courteous. When my order had to be reconfigured, it was done promptly. and of course ,the product installed easily and works perfectly.

My order said "processing" so I reached out to JMAC to see what this meant. They informed me that it was ordered straight from the manufacturer. They placed me on hold and reached out to them on my behalf and not only gave me an ETA, but also a tracking number, and had the manufacturer send me an email update as well. Quick phone response and went above and beyond. 11 out of 10
