We sincerely apologize for your disappointing experience and for our delayed response to your review. We truly appreciate that you chose JFK Moving Co. multiple times and previously recommended us to a friend. We regret that the crew size and pace of the move resulted in a 13-hour job and a much higher cost than expected. Although a two-hour discount was provided, we understand that it did not fully resolve your frustration. Your feedback about assigning a larger or more experienced crew for moves involving many stairs is important, and we are sorry we did not better assess your move at the time. JFK Moving Co.

We sincerely apologize for both your experience and our delayed response to your review. We regret the issue with the dryer connection, the unexpected repair expense, the interaction with our mover, and the lack of follow-up from our office. This was not the level of service or communication you should have received. Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we are truly sorry we did not address your concerns properly at the time.
