The price was great but the company booked me immediately after a large move in Lancaster. I was booked for 1-4pm they arrived at 5pm! That was still manageable. The 3 stars come from my ONLY mirror arriving broken and! My fridge door dented!!! All things I can live with but still kinda disappointing. I probably wouldnt book again.

I disliked the time the first two men took an hour lunch break and then the four men later inthe afternoon took a longer than an hour break before the second trip. When I moved here four years ago it only took one trip from Hacienda Heights to Calimesa 60 miles with only two men. This time the distance is just 11 miles with four men and two trips, then I got charge for the full time that they were here.

They scratched all patio furniture, dented the screen door track - could not close the door repair was needed that I paid.?On the other side they were accommodating, articulate & proficiency was very apparent. They did not wrap any of my metal furniture which I was unaware of. I was in my car waiting to lock up.Due the amount of damage so have received on $1,000 dining set, a combo fire table, 4 rocking chairs, 5’ outdoor couch & bed frame that they threw stuff on and scratched it.

Let’s say last year when I used the company I did not have issues. At this time I had somebody complaining that would be a 4 men job and I would need to make sure I would tip them. Thing I always do. However, being reminded all the time got tiresome. I am not yelping I am just not going to use the company again. And you can keep that to you. Don’t need to post. I was quiet until you sent me a question.

The move went well... no mishaps. However, one of the workers appeared to be a trainee and needed a lot of guidance and worked slow. He was also on his phone a lot. My husband had to help them on the move out and then my husband, daughter and myself helped unload when we arrived at the new apartment. We had to do this in order to expedite the move and speed up the pace being that the move had already taken too long. Bob was amazing. He was professional and efficient, but he needed a more efficient second guy.
