Liked that I could get to a person by phone instead if having to just email back and forth. The person I talked to was very pleasant and took care of my situation quickly. I'm very impressed.

Honestly, i hated how i was forced to shift from omnis to JetHost, coz i faced some issues and i was not planning to continue with you knowing that i was an omnis customer since more than a decade. But what happened with me today changed my mind completely and will continue you with you forever. I Had a very annoying issue and “Ivan” from support has taken the issue differently, analyzed and solved it in a very magical knowledgeable way, the way he handled it was phenomenal and he knows how to assist in all what the word means. He was super professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! He changed my mind and i will always be with JetHost! Big huge thanks to Ivan! I would give him 100000 stars!

Had to verify my account on my cell phone but I don't remember my password. To update my password I have to log in which I can't do because I don't remember my password!!! Totally infuriating. Call customer service and no one picks up. It is 10.45am West coast so 13.45 East Coast and no one there.

Our colleague returned your call within minutes and stayed with you until everything was working again, however long it took. Being locked out is never fun, and we wanted to make sure you weren't left on your own with it. For next time, the Forgot Password option on the login page lets you set a new password without having to log in first.
