Flimsy infrastructure. Websites go down frequently. Email isn't delivered or suddenly stops working. Their "support" says a problem is fixed but actually amplifies it and makes it worse. You can wait days for a resolution with unclear communication. You're left hanging.

This company is not trustworthy. Your websites go offline. Email suddenly stops working. Backups of your files lose literally thousands of documents. They ignore correspondence and ticket requests. If you value your business's integrity, avoid JetHost at all costs. The transition to them from another provider in January was a nightmare. And just when you think it's smooth sailing another bombshell hits. JetHost is not the company to choose for reliable web services. It's cheap. And you know the saying: "You get what you pay for."

Lost several domains in the Omnis takeover, all because they turned off auto renew on all of them. Now I am without domains that I have had since the very beginning

We understand how hard it is to lose domains you’ve had since the very beginning. We’ve gone through the account history carefully. The domains that are missing expired and were deleted at your previous provider months before your account was migrated, some of them years ago. Your previous provider sent renewal reminders to the email address on the account well ahead of each expiry date, followed by expiration notices. Every domain that was still active at the time of the migration was moved to your JetHost account, and the migration didn’t change any renewal settings. Because an email on its own is easy to miss, at JetHost we send both an email and an SMS before a domain expires, so the reminder gets through either way. The JetHost Team
Had to verify my account on my cell phone but I don't remember my password. To update my password I have to log in which I can't do because I don't remember my password!!! Totally infuriating. Call customer service and no one picks up. It is 10.45am West coast so 13.45 East Coast and no one there.

Thank you for sharing this, and we're glad we were able to get you back into your account. Our colleague returned your call within minutes and stayed with you until everything was working again, however long it took. Being locked out is never fun, and we wanted to make sure you weren't left on your own with it. For next time, the Forgot Password option on the login page lets you set a new password without having to log in first. If we ever can't pick up right away, we'll call you back, and you're always welcome to message us in our live chat too. We're happy to help any time.
I asked if they would recreate my VPS with different IP numbers because I could no longer log in to my cPanel/WHM on their VPS (other VPS worked OK) or SSH into their VPS. They could have billed for that. ANYTHING you ask for or propose will be met with "I see no evidence of [...]" from a guy whom claims 25 years experience. I got a new host, which solved the problem, but haven't moved our domains away yet.
