Unbelievably good customer support! I value efficiency, quick thinking, real solutions, competence! Not only Jet Host provides all that - they take it a step further and make it PERSONAL. Since the first moment I started using Jethost the same support agent has been taking care of my business - her name is Rosi. Having a dedicated agent not only saves me time from having to explain my websites setup, passwords, background every time. It feels personal! It feels like having a knowledgeable friend, who takes initiative and leads you in the right direction, not only picks you up when you fall. Form my experience any other hosting provider would migrate your account for free and try to make it as seamless as they can. The real difference comes from the quality of support in the days after. Rosi, if you're reading: thank you so much for all the help - your work is meaningful and your kindness and pro-active mindset are appreciated! These people know their business and people like me, though an IT pro, that are not well versed in website background stuff get frustrated easily when things go wrong. They always figure out what's wrong and fix it quickly and explain what they have done. I have been a customer for several years and intend to keep it that way.
