I tried a sub at the Jersey Mike's in Vestavia Hills, AL, for the first time. Delicious! Had the original Italian sub. Bread was crispy. Contents generous and tasty. Wait was a little long in store because staff was busy filling online orders but I arrived at a busy mealtime. I will eat here again, maybe ordering online in advance.

This place used to have good sandwiches, NO MORE! I ordered a sandwich for pick-up last evening, It was their so called "NEW" Cheese Steak. It was New al right, NO Meat! Loaded up with peppers, onions and some mushrooms. May as well be a vegan. Prices are too steep lately. With the bunch of "whizz" kids working there not worth going there any more. 3 strikes you're out!

I used to get a sub from here every week, but recently that cut back on the amount of meat on the sandwich, and now this week they've changed something the flavor is off there's something wrong a cheaper cut of meat or something, goodbye Jersey Mike's Subs, PS all your employees are wearing masks chin straps

The taste of the subs was ok, but the price was very high (15.00 or higher for a 12in) and the people there were also very cocky saying how great they were and that they were going to put subway out of business. I'm not sure who had a higher oppnion of themselves the subs or the employees,but for that reason alone they will never see me again.That is no way to run a business. (and I do not work at a sub shop)

When Jersey Mike's first opened by Kroger at Carolina Forest it was really good. Just ordered for the 1st time in about 6 months...really disappointed. Bread wasn't fresh. Quality of the taste not the same. I wont order from this location again

Always FILTHY!!! Employees are ALWAYS rude. JERSEY MIKE's!!!... If you want happy customers, you need to have happy Employee's. $45 for 3 sandwiches!!! They are just ok but SOO NOT worth 45 bucks!... Especially for CRAP service. And your Mission Hills branch is ALWAYS FILTHY. Send the Rat patrol. It'll be a good day if this corp folds. Two is too many times to eat at this dump. Let a good place take your spot. Good riddance!
