Their commercial about the Hot Italian sub caught my eye so I tried one today. It was good. Both Harris Teeter and Publix offer bigger, tastier and cheaper subs. They each offer Boar's Head cold cuts and not 'private label' like JM's.

Jersey Mike’s, TBK Bettendorf, Iowa closed at 4:00 PM Saturday with a steady stream of people coming in…..why…for a Managers meeting! What genius manager approved that? I suggest canceling the meeting and hire new management!

The staff used to be very friendly in the past but not so much these days. The sandwiches are smaller. I used to order the giant size #13 but it is now noticeably thinner with less deli meats. The kids making my sandwich were literally throwing the bread around when it fell into the lettuce.

Everything was pretty good both service and quality, My issue is no roasted red peppers and NO TOASTING THE SANDWICH?

Went kinda late. Place was empty and I order a 12 foot steak and cheese sub. It was a hard pill to swallow for 22.00. It was just average but in my point of view way too over priced

Good subs, but you had best go into a location to order, or you will not get what you want. Trying to order online is a horror show being viewed from within a dumpster fire, because you never get what you expect. Why is it not possible to build your own sub the way you want online? This is why I only go there a couple times a year.

Most of the staff is new and there is no sense of urgency from the employees. I tried ordering online and they didn't read the special comments I included.
