After a quick and short tutorial thats offered upon sign up, I found it super easy to use and helped a lot throughout my last school term. I was able to use it to condense my papers to be more concise and to the point. Will continue to use it for my school work.

ABSOLUTE SCAM, PYRMAID SCHEME OF A WEBSITE THAT DOESN'T WRITE WELL. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAP AND PAY. THEY HAVE 0 CUSTOMER SUPPORT LINES AVAILABLE SO YOU CAN DISPUTE IT AND THEY SAY THERE NO REFUNDS? EXCUSE ME? WHY WOULD YOU NOT REFUND MONEY YOU TOOK FROM ME WHEN DONT EVEN HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be honest, if customers have to paid for the whole year, just put that amount in the screen. Must consider 30 days policy. Old references appeared in citation but with recent year. I already have most all that references before using jenni. So when 2010 appeared as 2024, dissatisfied. I tried again and again. After one day, I asked for refund. But they refused said not refundable. (Yearly 131 euro, while appeared only 13 in the screen)

Jenni was great. It helped me a lot by finding relevant sources to cite for my essay.

Jenni is an excellent tool to help you write, I have used it on several occasions to develop a topic, because with a good prompt it structures the ideas very well in an academic tone, so you can write articles or improve them. The “AskJenni” option (ask the pdf within the library) is excellent because it allows you to have everything in order and you can complement the texts from the multiple questions asked to the pdfs.

I recently tried out Jenni.ai, and honestly, it wasn't the best experience. Somehow, according to their records, I ended up removing a 100% off coupon from my account all by myself, which is odd since I'm not usually in the habit of paying more when I don’t have to. As for the service, it was pretty lackluster. Like many others have said, it’s probably best to give this one a miss. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Jenni.ai based on what I experienced.

Hi Randon, Thanks for sharing your feedback with us. We're deeply upset that you've had this negative experience with our company. We're here to make it up to you and set things right. I'm not sure how or why the coupon code was removed from your account—but we don't actually have any 100% off coupon codes. Please share with us where you got this coupon code from. What I think is likely to have happened—is that you've been given a 100% off coupon code by someone, but the coupon was intended for internal usage, and subsequently, we've deleted that coupon from our database not realizing it would affect you, as it was not intended for real users. If that's the case, we'd love the opportunity to figure out which coupon code you used (please share your account details in the email we have sent). We would like to apologise for this, no matter how it has happened—we would never deliberately do something like this. If you can help us understand where we have gone wrong—we will fix it and also reward you for your time in identifying the problem. Kind regards, Team Jenni
