It is not an easy and intuitive AI to use. It probably requires more time to become familiar with it in order to obtain quality results. For a basic user like me, the learning curve was a complex task. Even so, customer service welcomed my comments and refunded my subscription.

Suggestions in discussion section could be better, sometimes articles of nowhere are cited which might bring problem for the researchers

Ho provato questa Ai per qualche settimana con il piano a pagamento. Il pregio è il prezzo, basso ed interessante, alla portata di tutti, tuttavia l'esperienza di utilizzo non è stata buona. Esegue bene compiti generici su ambiti di ricerca generici e quando chiedi lavori su ambiti più specifici diventa molto limitata. Il testo generato con poche fonti è inutilmente lungo e senza senso. Sarebbe più opportuno che fosse addestrata a rispondere di non riuscire o poter lavorare, piuttosto che generare testo inutilmente lungo ripetitivo e senza un senso preciso. Non si può effettuare una ricerca di fonti mentre crei i documenti, cosa che si può fare con strumenti come Notebooklm e quando riesce a scrivere bene inserisce continuamente citazioni. In questo senso può essere un buon strumento per scrivere tesi ed articoli di tipo scientifico se opportunamente caricata di fonti, non è utile come credevo per scrivere articoli di blog o per la scrittura in senso più ampio. Insomma, trovo Jenni.ai limitata ad alcuni compiti che posso esperire tranquillamente con altri strumenti certamente più costosi ma anche più efficienti. Ho chiesto ed ottenuto il rimborso, almeno questa è stata una cosa buona. E' una bella idea ma andrebbe migliorata e potenziata a livello di altre importanti Ai.

I paid my subscription and it has been 5 days since I can't access this AI platform. Even if I open it in different browsers, it shows it is not a secure source. I want to cancel this service because it will be automatically charged by the end of this month and I don't know how to contact customer service and erase all traces of my information. As of Dec. 25 I have canceled my payment, issue has been resolved.

Update: Their Head of Growth, Justin, refunded my subscription fee. Great dude! I had a terrible experience with Jenni AI. After canceling my subscription, I was still charged, and when I reached out for a refund, I was told that refunds are not possible under any circumstances. Their rigid, unfriendly policy shows they care more about money than customer satisfaction. I will never use Jenni AI again. Stay away from this platform!
