Was really excited to start, but ended up a huge waste of money
Was really excited to start. Jenna is a great hype woman during the sales call. The workout routine changed once a month, which was nice. But, other than that, there were a lot of automated, non personalized messaging. Example: communicated that I was really struggling/feeling hopeless with the lack of results and instead of getting a message of support, I got an timed message like “good tip: more water has been shown to x,y,z.” Weekly check-ins weren’t personalized. I got the sense that the trainer was overcommitted and focused only on generating marketing materials for Instagram. Even after 6 months of working with them, their ending message was, “well, I know you didn’t see any results (in fact, I ended up pounds heavier than when I started) and we believe it’s totally your fault but for $ x,xxx more you can keep trying.” Her message was “I am so good that if you want me to tell you how to perk up muscles in your arms to looks good in a dress, I can help you” but it was like putting salt in a wound. If you couldn’t help me after 6 months get any results at all, who cares about being able to help me perk up a single muscle group?

Hi N R, I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. My goal is always to provide personalized support and guidance, and it’s disheartening to hear that you felt otherwise. I genuinely wish I knew who you were so I could better understand what went wrong and make things right. I want to clarify that I take client results very seriously and would never intentionally dismiss someone’s struggles. While automated tips are meant to provide ongoing education, they are never meant to replace real conversations. If you ever felt unheard, I sincerely apologize—that is never my intention. As for results, every person’s journey is unique, and I always aim to adjust plans based on individual needs. If something wasn’t working for you, I would have loved the chance to troubleshoot together and make modifications. My goal is never to place blame, but to help clients navigate challenges and find solutions. I would love to connect directly and talk through your experience. Please feel free to reach out so we can discuss how I can improve and, most importantly, support you better.
