I have not received a notification that the panel has shipped, let alone received the panel. I ordered the panel on 5/21.

Hello Joe, we apologize for the miscommunication. We tried to contact you by email on the day of the purchase, but we realized now the email was never delivered. We are trying to solve this problem as soon as possible.
You cancelled my order apparently because of the delayed shipping time. I think its because you didn't want to honor the price you had on the website. That's bad business tactics!

Hello Chris, we apologize for any inconveniance this situation might have caused. We are facing many delays with Hikvision products and unfortunately, we were not expecting to receive part # ABM anytime soon. For that reason, your order was completely refunded.
Your chat box says "We reply immediately". I waited apx 30 minutes and received no response.

The shipping before ordering was $19.22 then $24.60 when I placed the order. I hope the product will be fine .Maybe someone will find this helpful.

Hello Laurentiu, thank you for your contact. Is it possible that you changed the ship to location before completing the order? Different locations will have different charges. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do.
Shipping was too much. $20 for a piece of plastic that weighs less than 1 pound is pretty ridiculous
