Like other reviewers, have paid for a school bag that stated delivery in 2-4 days....that was Aug 1st, it's now the 12th and no sign. Have a consignment number linked to a site with nowhere to enter it. No response to email. Avoid at all costs. Thought this was a legit company but seems to be total fraud and theft of people's money for nothing.

Paid for a Schoolbag which they NEVER posted. 2-4 delivery days they said. A week later nothing. No tracking no . Nothing. Contacted the company gir an email with a fake delivery number that connected to a site I have never heard of . Needless to say it didn't work. Contacted them again. 36 hours later I received an email saying the courier list the package & do I want a replacement ir a refund. That was two days & three emails ago. Zero Response. So. Daylight Theft. Literally. Avoid . AVOID

Leider bin ich mit der Qualität der Tasche nicht zufrieden. Schon nach kurzer Nutzung haben sich die Nähte und Fäden deutlich abgenutzt.

Ordered a backpack for our new foster daughter. Was promised by August 7th, but they shipped it via FedEx and it's somewhere in the country. FedEx said it's still in California or maybe with a random 3rd party shipper or maybe usps. Called Jansport they said awe shucks after I had to yell. We will overnight you a new $80 backpack. We overnight actually means 2-4 days because their warehouse is closed on the weekends and maybe it'll be here tomorrow or maybe it'll be here Wednesday. Maybe just maybe, so now I get to explain to her she got screwed just like she has her whole life.

Purchased bag on 7th July through their UK website. Ripped on first use. Was charitable, and contacted for a replacement within 30 days rather than send back. No replies to my emails, messages on website and no one on the end of the phone. Please respond to me and replace my rucksack. Order number GBP-49093

Well once again whenever I find a company that I discover sucks, I am never alone in this decision. I have literally never had a bad review for a company that has great reviews. Whenever I think a company sucks, I look them up and sure enough they have the worst ratings as well. JanSport is no different and I learned that they received 1 star out of 5, no surprise there! For 50 years I had heard that they have a lifetime guarantee on their backpacks, and I learned this month it’s a complete scam! I contacted the crooks weeks ago and described the issue with the backpack, sent pictures, sent tag pictures with X over tags, as they instructed me to do, etc, nothing but a waste of time! After all that they informed me, I would be receiving $36 credit online. Instead of just mailing me a replacement backpack or fixing my pack, they are sending me credit, which is not even enough to purchase a new pack. They never explained how this occurred, nothing, so why would I want to purchase another defective unit made by your incompetent company anyway?!! In any case, the credit is not even enough to purchase a replacement unit. I was informed I would receive it in 48 hours. It never came. I complained, and I was then advised it would arrive in 2-3 days. Its been 2-3 weeks. They have a lousy product, lousy customer service, they care nothing about losing a customer and they are just an all-around terrible business. I recommend avoiding this company and never buying anything with the name JanSport!

The bag is of unreasonably poor quality. The strap split and torn in 3 months. For the price point, I would expect more than that!! Avoid!
