I haven’t used their products in years but back in the day they were top dog! The other reviews lead me to believe they’ve fell off, so I’d be weary.

Ordered 2 backpacks online. The carrier made a mess on the delivery. Contacted JanSport's Customer Service by email. Super quick respond and solution. I am satisfied with both the product as well with the support done by Customers Service.

Great product, great service. However it took over 2 weeks for the package to arrive, as the parcel service lost the package, so jansport had to send a replacement.

Ive always had a JanSport backpack literally my whole like so totally recommend.

I just bought a JanSport bag and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! It is so comfortable and it holds all of my books and more. I definitely recommend for high school and college because there is even a space for computer storage.
