Hi, we want to clarify the customs value concern — we declare a lower value on international shipments intentionally to reduce the customs fees our customers are charged on delivery. It is done entirely in your favor. We understand it can look confusing without that explanation and we should have communicated it more clearly upfront. On the refund delay — 45 days with your product back at our warehouse and still no refund is completely unacceptable and we're truly sorry for that. We've since made significant improvements to how we process returns to make sure this doesn't happen again. — The James Leather Team
