Hi there, I'm sorry to hear this — that's genuinely not the standard we work to. We've been making leather goods since 2013 and every piece carries a 2-year warranty, so if something isn't right we'll repair or replace it. I'd really like to look into your order. Hi, I'm sorry to hear this — that's not the experience I want anyone to have with one of our bags. I'd like to take a look at it, because our bags are made from genuine leather and a two-year warranty covers defects, so if something is wrong with yours I want to fix it. One thing worth mentioning: real leather does soften, darken, and develop character early on, and that's normal rather than a fault — but wear that looks like cracking or peeling is not, and that's covered. If you can send me a photo and your order number at [email protected], I'll go through it with you personally and sort out a repair or replacement.

Hi, thank you for the honest feedback — you're right, and it's a fair hit. A bag at that price should never arrive in a poly mailer, and I'm sorry yours got damaged in transit. We've since moved all of our bags to boxed packaging for exactly this reason, so this shouldn't happen to anyone else. I'm glad the refund and return label were handled quickly, but I know that doesn't undo the disappointment of opening a damaged bag.
