This web site makes you think it is a U.S. company but it is not. The coat came from Pakistan. After receiving the coat, the sleeves were too long, the zipper was on the wrong side and the coat was too short. After looking on their web site, they said they 100% guarantee their jackets. After contacting customer support via phone, Addie Brown, he said to get a refund, I would have to ship it back to Pakistan. It would cost me more than the jacket to ship it. He understood that and offered me a 50% refund. He couldn’t do anything else, so I took it. If I knew this before ordering, I would not have ordered from them.

Received my wife’s jacket and it was a lot longer than we thought. Eddy and jacket hub were very helpful and help me remedy the situation Thanks Eddy

Please note this isn't a U.S. company as English is not their native language, the customer service is horrible, they are crooks! I placed an order December 24th and while the website said it would arrive after Christmas it never stated when. 2 weeks later I still haven't received my item and when I asked to cancel and get a refund, they refuse and say my item is already shipped and there's nothing they can do. I have asked multiple times exactly where the shipment comes from and they refuse to answer (I received a text message from DHL that I was getting an item from Pakistan I can only imagine this is it) only to say there is nothing they can do. They REFUSE to cancel and refund an order, not a legit company.

Horrible customer service! I hope everyone reads these reviews before getting scammed like the rest of us. They want 200 dollars to return a jacket that doesn't fit for an exchange!! Thiefs!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! FRAUD!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. THE WORST JACKET IVE EVWR SEEN. FEELS LIKE CARDBOARD AND WIRE. ITS SO UNCOMFORTABLE. I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK. THIS PLACE IS A FRAUD. WHO MAKES THE JACKETS ??? Kids?! All reviews suck because everyone got the same experience as I did.

If I could give negative stars I would. Jacket was a 3x took forever to get and didn't fit. The sleeves were also 2 different lengths. Emailed to get a refund. Told me I could only exchange it or keep it and get a 30% refund and cost me 200 to ship it back. And they also told me if they didn't receive it in 30 days of when it was ordered they wouldn't accept the return. It makes absolutely no sense. They want me to pay that much to return it and get nothing back. The jacket is terrible quality and looks like the slapped a sticker on the back for the emblem. Awful customer service and the return policy on the site is no where accurate. Do not order from these people. They need to be shut down.

I ordered a XXXL Syracuse jacket from these people as as a Christmas gift , first it didn’t ship forever…then after getting the shipping notice it said it went back to the sender. I wrote the CIO and finally after weeks I got it …..it was maybe a size large and the colors weren’t even the right school colors. Now the want me to send it back to Pakistan for a 90% refund, if they get it or a 30% refund and keep the jacket. What a rip off. Don’t buy from them

Terrible. My daughter who is 15 talked me into purchasing a genuine shearling jacket for her from this site. The jacket was paper thin, not to mention it was lined with genuine white carpet!!! Within 2 days of her wearing the jacket it ripped...just from putting her hand into her pocket. Seriously, do not buy from this site.
