The quality of the jacket, material, fit, and comfort of the jacket was very good. Had a separate issue with the jacket and worked with Jacket Hub’s customer service department and they were very pleasant to communicate with, notably John Marshall. We were able to come to good resolution to the issue and I am very pleased with the service!

No issues here! Ordered two jackets, Walter Jr. Was SUPER friendly and helpful. Ordered wrong size originally on accident, he was able to change it for me very quickly. Will say to order a couple sizes larger to make sure they fit. Shipping was very fast and quality was awesome!

Reliable shipment, comfortable custom Payment The Strange New world jacket is perfect in Color, size and Snape, the material a Bit stiff. The ST Beyond jacket is very bright in color, it is different from the Original. The size is chosen too big. Both Jackets are processed very well.

Habe 2 Yellow Stone jacken bestellt. Beides mal größe L. 1 Jacke passt gut, eine Jacke war viel zu klein, Rückfrage beim jacket-hub wurde schnell beantwortet jedoch war die viel zu kleine Jacke aus deren Sicht kein Problem. Material eher bescheiden im Gegensatz zu Jacken welche ich bei einem Anbieter aus USA bestellt habe. Somit war dies meine letzte Bestellung bei dieser Firma.

Ordered two jackets (Leon and Claire's from Resident Evil). The quality of both jackets are really great. It did awhile to ship though, about a month before it was in the mail, so make sure you order with plenty of time if its a gift or being used for an event. Luckily, customer service was amazing and kept me up to date with timelines and shipping codes. Wpuld definitely recommend and would order again.
