The only reason I am giving a 4/5 stars is because the item came wrong. I would give customer service a 5/5. It was a beautiful hoodie, but the size was super small. I emailed Jacket-Hub, and Jacob smith actually called Em personally instead of responding to the email. He said he Would speak to the team and get back to me regarding a refund or exchange. I thought a person phone call shows great customer service! You can tell the really take care of their customers.
