Orders placed November 23rd still have not shipped 2 and a half weeks later. No one answers the phone.

I ordered on November 9th and today, December 8th the product is still not shipped. I don't know if it is fraud, but if not, they are clearly too unorganised to ever do business with them again. I recommend not to order from this company.

I sent an email because my mailing address was incorrect (only State). The correct city is Virginia. The response was fast and I mean fast. Ethan Bruce responded to my email, and the address was changed. Now I’m hoping the shipping department got the message in time. My card was charged for the item.

Ethan Bruce was very quick about getting back to me, and although it wasn't totally resolved, there's nothing else that could be done at this point. I am very satisfied with the assistance he was able to provide.

Harry was very helpful. He corrected my mistake with the address.
