I wanted to order a hoodie online but was worried that it wouldn't arrive in time and Walter Jr was a great help. I would definitely recommend the website and if you get Walter Jr you're in luck!

My daughter ordered 3 hoodies but didn't realize until they arrived that they are all fakes. They claim to have a 100% refund policy (you pay return shipping). We contacted them immediately and they dragged their feet in replying to my request for return instructions. I have tried 4 times, they offered a discount to keep the products but have refused to inform me of the return instructions for my refund. I am about to do a charge back since they have stopped replying over email. Do not purchase from this company!

Do not order from this site. I have not received my order and cannot contact anyone. I am going to attempt to dispute through my bank.

I just received my order on December 22nd (ordered on November 15th) from Pakistan shipped by DHL. I immediately knew that something was wrong when I saw that it was shipped from Pakistan but still had hope. My order was a complete knock off from what was advertised. I had got a lightning McQueen nascar jacket that originally the brand boxlunch released, I was pleasantly surprised to find the same jacket on jacket-hub for $20 more from the original legit website but ordered through here because they had my size in stock and the original legit website did not so I went with jacket-hub. Keep in mind you will receive a product, but it will not be as advertised and be a cheap knock off. All their reviews are paid for, please be aware. I got with my credit card company and got my money back. $108 they tried to scam me out of. I will say they do have great customer service that communicates on a high level, but only because they know they’re sending a fake product and do not want you to worry.

Ordered in November, received polite emails in return, but don't be fooled. Never received a tracking # nor a current estimate how long it will take. Requested a refund and it all went SILENT. Just another internet SCAM!

I cannot reach anyone at jacket hub by phone or email. They have charged my card more than 2 weeks ago but no product or tracking info. I hope I haven't been screwed over. $300!!

Purchase hoodie December 2 said it would take 10-12 for delivery! December 22 still no tracking info and item still hasn’t shipped even though many emails assuring me it would be here for Christmas! Never again will I order from here! They have their money though!!
