I tried to call your number, it is out of service. I tried to go on your website, out of service. I did NOT order a subscription, only a one-shot order and I now have two additional orders that I did not need. I disputed the charge with my CC company. You can deal with them now. This is HORRIBLE business practices. Too bad, because I believe in your product but would never recommend you to anyone

I have requested a refund several times and have not received a response. They have terrible customer service, do not deliver their product on time and do not honor their money back guarantee!

I was totally satisfied with this product. Not only did my energy levels improve but the digestive problems I had been experiencing disappeared. I plan to do this again maybe twice a year.

I ordered April 4, 2025. Recieved email that product is shipped few days later. Never arrived. About another month recieved email that it was shipping that day and look for email with tracking number, never was shipped. They refunded my payment June 25, 2025 upon request

I ordered product May 5, 2025. Received it about 3 weeks later. I then canceled the auto-ship. Today, June 22, 2025, they have charged my credit card $39.99. I never bought anything else and I never authorized this charge. Have reported it to my credit card company. But will take time to resolve. No contact ph numbers are working. Credit card co says there’s no phone number on file any longer. Saw online they may be going out of business. So they maybe are just running charges to see what sticks. Ugh!!!!

Poor communication. Ordered product May 27 and it's June 20 have not received order or confirmation it has shipped. I emailed several times and only got back we are waiting for product. Can't see a way to cancel my order, just my membership. So at this time I guess I'm out $227. Ordered product elsewhere and recvd it in 5 days.
