Since this is regarding a claim you initiated with Route Shipping Protection (not us), we were unaware there was an issue with your order. We’re sorry about that. When we found out you were having an issue, we gladly offered to step in and take care of it for you. We asked you to send over a picture of the damaged/defective item. We explained that this is standard procedure for any company selling glass to see an image damaged/defective piece. We didn’t hear back from you. We then contacted Route Shipping Protection regarding the claim you made with them. They told us your claim had been put on hold because they were waiting for a picture of the damaged/defective item. We then contacted you again to request an image of the defective/damaged item and told you we would ship you a new one the next day. Surprisingly your response to us was that you would rather leave a negative review than send us a picture of the damaged/defective item? We’re still not sure why you refuse to send us a picture and work with us on this. It’s just standard procedure. We never once said we wouldn't replace the item, we never once said we wouldn't help you. If you change your mind, you know how to get a hold of us. Sincererly, Steve
