Well maintained and managed property

The 5 star SERVICE offered by Robert at the Istorage in Carson City Nevada is professional, courteous and consistently efficient!

I didn't have any problems with iStorage Priceville. They were all very helpful.

We moved our daughters to and from college storing their items until the next semester began. On one such weekend we moved out our daughters belongings and drove them out of state. When we returned to put items in the storage unit we were unable to enter the property and we were locked out of our unit. We never gave notice of vacating, and we were paid in full. The office staff was rude never admitting their mistake. We will not do business with them again!

I've had this rental unit for 12 years. Within 6 months of I storage taking ownership, I have seen two rate increases. Rates increased with no additional value to customer. As a matter of fact, with the addition of the rental trucks on site, the facility has become an eye sore for the community.

We felt like our trailer was in a secure place but when we were advised that our $35.00 a month space rent was going up $50.00 we decided to relocate our trailer to another place. Obviously long term customer is not what I storage wants.

Great clean facility.stored for over six months....never worried about security.. Staff friendly...do not like the billing invoice, not the most user friendly , but do able. Makes you think you are over due when not.... Being able to go to your unit most times a great thing...would recommend and use again if needed....

The place was clean and accessible and they stuck by the deal even though there was some confusion
