Always had a positive experience when I had to deal with anyone at i Storage Howell. Helpful, understanding & pleasant.

When I rented my unit I specifically asked how often the rent was increase and was informed, not often. Exactly 6 months later, my rent was increase by over 20 dollars. I was not happy. I called for an explanation and was told that normally increases twice a month. At this point, I'm not in a position to move my things to another storage facility, but that is my goal within the next 2 months. I felt I mislead by members of this facility.

iStorage has been great. We had some antiques that we just couldn't part with that ny husband's grandparents, who were born in 1902, left to him. They have been safely kept while we transition from a small home into a larger home where they can be displayed.

I love the location and access of 24 hrs. I do Water Restoration and this gives me the great ability of accessing all my tools. The entire staff will accommodate any of your needs. They are very friendly. Prices are just slightly high.

Sales people were very helpful. Very informative This is my first experience renting storage unit I like the fact that they also have mailboxes so when we move we can forward mail there til we get a house

We put our names on their waiting list a couple of weeks ago for indoor storage of our newly purchased RV and really didn't expect to hear from them. But here we were moving in yesterday to her new home "indoors" ... I am so impressed with the professionalism and the cleanliness of the place. What a great service too ... pump out station and washdown station. They sell propane and ice there too so it will truly be a one-stop setup for us. Makes life so easy.
