As a first time renting a unit here I am a very happy and the office people are great and helpful people.

Susan was a joy to deal with. The storage unit is very clean and easy to access.

I recently moved from another storage facility to Istorage-Deptford. I had priced several storage facilities and was able to get a 15x30 for less than the competitors offered a 10x30! The woman at the desk was also very courteous and professional. I'll be storing there for the foreseeable future!

As for the iStorage area and the unit itself, they are both very well kept and clean. However, on Sunday, July 26th, when my movers arrived to put my boxes into my unit there was a UHaul truck parked at the entrance to the security gate and my movers were unable to enter the site with their large moving van. It was pouring rain all day, my boxes got wet and started to fall apart and I had to buy new boxes to replace them which was costly. I also had to use my own car, a Highlander, to move boxes between the moving van and the storage unit entrance. We could not locate the owner of the UHaul and there was no answer at either of the numbers I was given to use. I contacted the office on Monday morning and advised them of this and suggested they put a "NO PARKING AT ANY TIME" sign in that area right outside the security gate. I remember when we rented the unit the same van was parked in the same place. Something needs to be done so that next time I need to have my movers come, they are not blocked by anything. If I have a similar experience next time, I will sue for any damage to my property and any additional expenses I have because someone thinks that the spot is their private parking place.

24 hour SECURED location? Really the security gate has been broken for weeks! The rental truck is HORRIBLE..... Broken passenger side door, dirty inside, broken ramp & a broken dolly! JACKPOT!! A perfect 4/4 of bad!

I easily reserved a storage unit online. Unfortunately, the central call system wrongly reserved one at another site within the same town, but that site did not have a unit available. Rob asked me to give him an hour and he cleaned up a unit and made it available for me even though I showed no reservations at his site. I thought he went out of his way to give me good service and with a pleasant personality.
