I have researched for the month of october to store my camper at a local IStorage I received great customer service on phone and at local IStorage. They stayed in touch with me and were very patient with me until I made my decision. They kept everything clear with fees associated rental agreement it is secure, gated and would recommend anyone wanted to store personal toys and things at IStorage.

I ordered a storage unit over the phone on a Tues and said I didn't need it until Friday. I never received a confirmation email that they had processed my request. The next day my plans had changed and I called to cancel the storage unit. I was directed to a VM and never received a return call. Then I found they processed my CC for the full amount of a 2 month rental. I called again and again was directed to a VM with no response to my message. I have now file a dispute with my CC company.

The Staff at iStorage Howell NJ is excellent. Each person separately provides caring service. The grounds are well kept, and the location is on a major state highway near to a major interstate highway. For me, this facility sets the ideal storage facility bar high.

I highly recommend i storage comparable rates with other storage facilities but i storage in crystal river has excellent security the place is kept up nice and most of all mr. Ray and his staff are the best !!

Excellent knowledgeable staff, reasonable rates for boat storage. Facilitie has a very safe gated storage. Video surveillance all over. They air up your tires upon your Rv or boat coming out of the srorage facility. Free wash station. Very nice place to store something valuable to you.

I was presented by very friendly staff when scheduling my storage unit. I also found a great deal online for 2 free months, which made the unit extremely affordable. This place is awesome and very close to my location.

Nice facility for the short rent I needed. Could supply a battery jump start if needed also air for low tires. Other than that nice place.
