This hair is absolutely gorgeous. Silky, soft, & smooth. Stays that way no matter how many times you wash it. I’ve even dyed it once & still in the same condition as the first time it showed up at my door. You will not regret buying these full, last extensions. Go ahead!

I love that they send you a "try me" piece at the bottom of the packaging. That way if it doesn't match you can return it without even having to open the rest of the hair. These extensions are SO soft. They are thick all the way to the ends which is so important because they last so much longer. I'm obsessed with these

Love my hair extensions they stayed in place didn’t have a hard time getting them in just did as they told me to do. Definitely will be going back to get more in length and different color. I love them so much.

The f——-ing worst. They have been upping their prices every year and making the hair less quality every year. And now they got this stealing/robbing scheme where they automatically put vip subscription on ur cart automatically. Which makes no sense at all. Why would we subscribe when we make a one time purchase for simple extensions. It says 0 dollar charge then they will take 40 bucks from you starting the next month and each month until u notice u are subscribed and remove it. They have been scheming and robbing me for years now that I think about it. f—— THAT COMPANY. SOMEONE TAKE THEM DOWN PLEASE

To clarify, the VIP membership is an optional feature, and it’s meant to offer customers discounts on future purchases. However, we do understand that this may not have been clearly communicated. The membership comes with a $39.90 charge, but this amount is stored as store credit that can be used for future purchases or refunded upon request. Their customer service is excellent. They respond immediately and do everything possible to help you in whatever you need. I highly recommend them for this reason alone. I will always be loyal to a company that treats you with respect as they do.

Just recieved my 24 in classic theyre so DRY feel like theyre old day 1 theyre tangling. Ive ordered better from amazon for cheaper and theyre THIN!!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE! As a hairstylist for the price, I'm sooooo beyond disappointed. I wanted to use these for my wedding now I have to find new ones. Trash.
