Irresistible MeReviews of irresistibleme.com

I love my Irresistible Me clip in extensions! I’ve used so many types of extensions over the last 15 years, and these are my favorite by far! The color match was exact, and the quality is top notch! Happy, happy customer here!

I wanted to share my experience with returning my Irresistible Me extensions. I found the whole process to be very straightforward, simple and easy. At first, when I learned of their policy, I thought that it might become a big ordeal, as nowadays it's become harder and harder not only to speak with a human regarding a return/refund, but also for the process itself to just work as intended without issues or delays. Not everything you order is going to work out, that's just life, and it was very refreshing to find that Irresistible Me was so communicative via email and they made the whole process quick and hassle-free. I received my order, and was sure not to open the main compartment, only try the tester that is included. While it is hard to tell from a small tester, I understand and respect their policy. Unfortunately, the color was not a match and I chose to just return for a refund. I provided customer support their requested 2 photos of the barcode and the security seal intact, they approved my return/refund and sent me a prepaid shipping label. I would also like to point out that I had set-up my order on a payment plan, so I was not sure how a refund might work, especially considering that their support did mention it could take up to 20 business days. However, 7 days after my returned extensions had been delivered to their warehouse, I followed up with their support about the refund and within a day or so the payment plan had been refunded (or 'paid off'), so nothing more was due. All in all, I'd say it was a good experience, and I have greatly appreciated their timeliness and communication.

Attentive and informational as well as friendly!

Great and fast customer service! Andrea was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Picked my coloring and size, by photo. No guessing. Already have the clip in extension great quality. Can’t wait for the topper to help with my alopecia.

Your quick customer service response and how it was handled to work with my concern was well done. It felt personable and clear and friendly and responsive. I will see how things happen after they receive the requested pictures and return email from me for a return. Their website is great. Their product is very nice. Their help/ instruction videos are helpful. My return has to do with the color was not right for my hair. I'm very satisfied with this company and their customer service!
