However, we noticed that a chargeback was opened, and we accepted it on our side, so your bank should process the refund for you soon. Regarding the VIP membership, it was added to your initial order when you selected the VIP discounted price at checkout. This membership provides 50% off all products and includes a $39.90 monthly charge, which is stored as store credit for future purchases. However, we have already canceled and refunded your membership, and you should see the refund in your account. To help with selecting the right match, every set includes a sample weft compartment at the bottom of the tube, labeled “TRY ME.” This piece lets you check the color, length, texture, and base without compromising the hygiene seal of the main set. As long as the main compartment remains sealed, you’re welcome to return it if the sample isn’t the right fit.
