I’m a licensed hair stylist and I always like to try products out before offering them to my clients. I’m so happy I came across this company! Their clip in extensions were very full and shiny. I’m so happy to keep trying other products.

I ordered a hair topper and human hair wig. Spent almost $500 all together. Complete and utter waste of money. They were both so poorly made it was ridiculous. The wig smells and looks like horse hair. This company is a crook. I'm not even going to go through the bs hassle of returning. Lesson learned.

Regarding the scent you noticed, because our products are made with real human hair, the hair goes through a professional cleaning and sanitizing process before production. During this process it is chemically cleansed and treated, and silicone-based conditioning treatments are often applied to help maintain softness, manageability, and longevity. These treatments can sometimes leave a temporary odor when the product is first opened. In most cases, this dissipates after the wig or topper is aired out or washed with a gentle shampoo. If there were also concerns about the construction or quality, that’s something our quality team would absolutely want to review. We would be more than happy to take a closer look at the items and discuss possible solutions with you. It’s like real hair! I was surprised at how good the hair blended into mine. It was also super easy to clip in, and I loved how fuller my hair felt!

I purchased irresistible Me real hair extensions. They lasted about a week. I dont curl every day maybe one or twice a week. The ends dried up and look very bad. Put hair oil on it and nothing seems to bring it back. I have been wear extensions for a long time abd these are the worst.

Our extensions are made from 100% human hair and, with proper care, are designed to last between 3 to 6 months. When the ends become dry quickly, it can sometimes be related to factors such as heat temperature, frequency of styling, use of heat protectant, product buildup, or the need for deeper conditioning. That said, this is certainly not the experience we want for our customers, especially someone who has worn extensions before. The company seems very disorganized and not very responsive to customers. Having a lot of trouble making returns. And, there’s no phone number where you can speak to them. I’m a new customer and also new to hair extensions. I’ve ordered three different extensions now and the color on none of them has been right, even though I got a recommendation from their Chat program. They say color matches guaranteed, but that’s not my experience. I want to try another color with some additional consultation. However, I need to send back the three I’ve ordered so far. I sent the first return email 30 days after receiving the order. There was back-and-forth, with them asking for photos. I sent them. They said they emailed me the return label. They did not. I also sent an email for the second order for a return. They still have not sent me a return label for that. Instead, they’ve sent me two return labels for my third order. I have over $400 in hairpieces. I need to return before I can try another color. It is past the 30 day return limit on my first two orders, however, I sent the first emails saying I wanted to return them within the 30 day limit. They could’ve had a great new customer in me as I’ve always wanted, thicker, longer hair, and I love their products themselves, if we could get the color right. I’m finding the whole experience with them. Frustrating and confusing. Do not trust this company.
