The Ironbuilt installation crew were not what I would call professionals - in any fashion. The bldg. assy. was eventually completed - about 3 weeks late. The trim piece for sealing the bottom of the wall (that Ironbuilt touts as a big advantage over their competition) would not fit. Their description says 1 inch of overhang is needed to fit - the concrete pour job provided 2 inches of clearance. I emailed about this issue but never received a reply. The bldg. is usable but I can not recommend the company.

From the very start, Ironbuilt stood out as an excellent company to do business with. Every step of the building process has gone without a hitch and my installer said mine was the best one he has installed in his experience. He said it was very sturdy and that he had no issues with everything fitting as planned, without the need for rework that is common in the other ones he has done. This is my second large garage from Ironbuilt, nearly 4000 sq. ft. for working on and storing my cars. At first the city in which I live was reluctant to let me build a second building in a residential area, especially a steel building, but when the planning department came out to look over my first building, they gave me quick approval. I had to make it look like my residence, but Ironbuilt worked with me every step of the way and all I can say is it looks fantastic and everyone that comes by is really surprised that such a beautiful building can be done at such a reasonable price.

Ironbuilt designed and built an exceptional building that has withstood the test of time in that my building is about 10 years old. They helped with my design and modifications such as different roof pitch which was no problem and they were always available for technical suport or to answer questions.. in fact after 10 years they are still available to awnser questions and for any technical support.

Ironbuilt is always a pleasure to work with. Everything is always done in a timely manner and the staff is outstanding.

Building was easy to construct. Insulation went up easily. Parts were labeled well. Only issue was some of the beams the treating had peeled.

Construction of the building is above the standards I considered prior to construction. Type of insulation used has performed up to standards. Have recommend building to others.

A local builder constructed the building. I have been satisfied with all aspects of this building experience.

I would recommend Iron Built Buildings to anyone. The building was delivered as promised the specs were accurate. We had a problem with the door being damged they replaced the door quickly.
