They were able to not only have the equipment (lutron thermostat) for my customer but have it shipped at a quick pace.

Ordered the product as new with a 5-7 day delivery window. Waited for 10 days and after review of status it was “unfillable”. So I emailed and the product arrived 5 days later. It looked used with a black stain on the cord. Did not come in a new product package. It is working and no issues thus far.

Ordered 2 boards at once with 2 day shipping, parts did not arrive within 2 day timeframe and only received 1 board. I reached out to customer service and they rectified the situation and i had new board within 2-3 days. Overall they were great!
