Part was in stock at a reasonable cost. Ship time could have been a little faster but overall we would shop here agin.

I expected the item to ship sooner but when I spoke with representative he explained the backlog and would expedite my order. I was pleased that he was able to get my item shipped sooner.

I placed an order for Lenze ACTech ESV371N02YXB and process of ordering was very nice. Even some Tech Support as well. But, it took more than a week to arrive.
