They were courteous and responded quickly to my concerns. The product I ordered showed up about one week before estimated time. I have yet to use all the usb drives I ordered to verify the consistency of the drives, but all seems to be in check.

I called and ordered 100 USB flash drives. Or course, when I asked if they could be at our school within a certain amount of days they assured me it was no problem. Our school agreed to pay for a rush order since we were told we would receive our items a day before we were to need them. We needed them for a presentation our principal was scheduled to have at 11:00 a.m. in the morning. Our USB flash drives did not arrive on time!
