Product quality is excellent, and works as advertised. Make water from any source more crisp and refreshing while getting the benefit of hydrogen infusion.

My ion bottle works wonderfully, charges quickly, and changes colors to tell me when it's on, when it's done, and when it needs to be charged/is charging. I use distilled water, which can taste flat on its own, but the ion bottle makes it bubbly and light and taste great! I would definitely recommend! Fast and helpful customer service as well when I had a question.

Excellent product. Easy to clean. Starting to feel better after two weeks. Highly recommend it.

Quality product, really like it.

Customer service is awesome! I really appreciate them looking into my order to make sure it got to me in a timely manner and it did! The water is worth every penny so far. I could immediately tell a difference in texture (as funny as that is for water). River water always feels silky and faucet water feels hard and dry. Ionbottles made our water silky like river water. I was sold on that alone but then I felt my brain wake up. Never drinking anything else! Definitely getting the bottles next!

Few months ago I ordered two bottles and they came with one new and older model, I didn't know so started using it for few months till my wife asked me why your look different? Thanks Nicole your Great

There are other companies that know their products and include a service that matters. The staff at Ion Bottles is at best vague and unprofessional lacking experience to answer questions. They don't live up to their commitment, warranty or customer satisfaction. After numerous emails to get an answer, they continue to be useless and fail. If you don't know anything, you won't know your're being deceived. I found out the hard way this bottle leaches chlorine and who knows what else. It's made me sick when I'm very healthy. Your health is at risk here. The product is a good concept. The company is a Failed model. Other's cost more yes, And you get what you pay for is the bottom line. Choose Healthy!!

My Ion bottle is great! In just a few minutes I have water I know is doing my body good. I have more energy and my vertigo is gone! I have sent many friends to your website. MJ
