Very reliable company who stands behind their products. Customer service is top notch. I required a replacement bottle due to a slight defect. They were right on it and sent out the replacement the very next day. Absolutely recommend ionbottles and the people who stand behind their products.

This has been a horrible experience they are using cheap product and putting their name on them and calling them their own and lying when confronted about it. It’s a shame and worse off people actually work for them and carry their faulty claims and stand behind it…. Don’t get fooled from this so called brand of knockoff garbage.

Franz has been absolutely amazing during this frustration. He was understanding, kind, compassionate and sympathetic. Not only that, he went above and beyond to see if we could get my ionbottle working without having to wait for a replacement. I cannot thank him enough for his time and thoughtfulness.

I reached out with a concern after receiving my bottle and was promptly answered within less than 24 hours. After some further looking into my concern we seem to have fixed the seal from leaking. The team was very responsive and helpful and shipping was swift! Very pleased with the product and communication.
