I had a small defect with my bottle and reached out to customer service and received prompt attention. I really appreciated their help. I love my new bottle! I don’t like drinking out of plastic or metal, so this is perfect. Plus, I’m really looking forward to seeing the difference that the Hydrogen makes.

The bottle is decent, shipping is excruciatingly long. Recently ordered replacement glass because I broke mine. I was sent the wrong glass twice, each time taking 3 weeks for delivery so after nearly 9 weeks I finally got the correct glass, and I am using the bottle agai.

Through the email conversation, my problem is solved. This is a great company and know how to care about their customer. I like it.
