Very fast response, good parts, very good customer service

Delivery not as was promissed

Unable to deliver material. I placed two separate orders with iodParts and in both cases the components were lost. The first was sent to another customer in error and replacements were significantly delayed. The second was also lost and replacements had an unacceptable lead time.

Best qualiti, good price all ok

most parts shortage I can get from IOD parts only the pricing is quite high compared to other distributor.

We did have a single problem with an order we placed with iodParts. However, they responded instantly when notified about the issue and did an excellent job of handling the situation. They made sure we got the parts we needed quickly. Very responsive and easy to deal with!
