I love the product, the brand and the attention team.

It works fine, but there is so little space for customizing. Every time we request for something it is denied. Not all companies work the same way, having so little space for customization is frustrating sometimes. There are so many duplicates customers that make our job very difficult.

The support team are always responsive and they always follow up to make sure everything is working. I really like that, and it rarely happens with other products. Thanks
