It was hard on our bodies at first, but getting used to it

Wallace, because your body and sleeping habits were conditioned to a certain way of rest, the intelliBED corrects those conditions and soon you are sleeping with much better alignment and a lot less pressure on your body. Out of four bed selections, we have tried two. First one was way too hard. Second one was way too soft. Unfortunately, they draw the line at number of choices and we can't return or exchange second the bed. Buyer beware, unless you try it in a store DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Too expensive of a mistake. I will not be recommending these beds sold online.

Dear Laurie Carrel, Kristen sent this email to us in customer service as we are the team to do the follow up, returns, and exchanges. "Laurie, when we spoke about the first mattress you received, we understood that it was too firm, and we agreed to an early exchange, even though our policy is to keep the mattress 30 days before making any decisions. You had said the intelliBED was still better than any other mattress, but the firm model you had chosen was just not for you. You made the decision to exchange instead of return and with that agreement you understood that there was no exchange nor return option with the new mattress. You agreed to that term, decided on the 2” box spring, paid the fee to have the new mattress shipped, and received your new, softer, mattress. I have notated in the system that on 4/15/16 we spoke, you agreed the terms of the exchange, and then were going to call us back when you had decided on the 2 or 4 inch box spring. We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the new mattress, but as per our conversation, this mattress does not have the return option. When we spoke we told you a bit about my personal experience. It did take me an abnormal amount of time to acclimate to my intelliBED. IntelliBED is unlike any other mattress on the market, and it may be that you just need a little extra time for your body to adjust." We regret this unfortunate situation has occurred, however, if you would like to discuss further options, please give us a call at 888-435-2339 and ask for Terry and let's see if we can find a solution that will be a Win-Win for all. We love our two Intellibed single beds. Due to excessive shaking at night by one of the partners, we find the two single beds to be a very comfortable and satisfying solution to a difficult and persistent problem. Every night we go to bed we feel these beds were one of the best investments we have ever made.

Honestly, this is in fact the BEST bed I have ever had in my life. I have a history of major hip pain, and I used to wake up from the throbbing between 3 and 5 times a night. Not with this bed. Somehow it actually does cradle my hips and shoulders in an embrace of comfort. I am actually 100% convinced there will never be a bed that is better than this one. I am so content with my purchase. I even recommend it to all of my friends! Any time I hang out with them, they always ask to spend the night so they can sleep in my bed. Haha!

First bought a queen. Loved it. Then I talked my folks into getting a therapeutic one, as they both have back issues, and they both love their mattress. Then we got a great deal on another bed for us, but this time it's a king, and I seriously couldn't be happier. Now our guests will even get to sleep on our intelliBED queen. Really great mattresses!!!

Did not like the bed. Tried to return it, would not. We even purchased the protective covering so we could take it back at a cost of 75.00 which they told us we had to get if we were to return it. Will never go there again. They were very rude. We will not recommend the bed to family or friends.

I was experiencing pain in my hips, shoulders, neck and back while sleeping. A restful nights sleep was impossible...until intelliBed! Now my nights are full of rest, I don't toss and turn because of pain and I wake refreshed. Couldn't be happier!
