About Integrity Energy

With more energy options available than ever, Integrity Energy is dedicated to providing customized, cost-effective solutions that suit the business needs of every customer.Where we began:Established in 2010 by Cleveland, Ohio natives Mike Naughton and Paul Nero, Integrity Energy was founded to provide businesses of all sizes with the best commercial electricity and natural gas rates available on the market. With over 40,000 customers served and relationships with over 30 leading suppliers, we’re able to secure some of the most competitive pricing across the country, allowing us to pass the savings along to our clients. As a leading energy broker in the United States, we pride ourselves on continually refining and improving our offerings and services to adapt in the ever-changing energy market. Our leadership team has over five decades of combined executive experience and continues to push the organization to new heights and advancements, with its most recent being the launch of online residential energy marketplace, PriceToCompare.com.Keeping businesses price protected through the unpredictable:Our goal is to make the unpredictable, predictable - at least when it comes to energy spending. Energy rates, and the variables that affect them, are often completely out of business owners’ hands. This can leave their bottom lines vulnerable to price hikes caused by natural disasters, seasonal demand increases, fuel shortages and so much more.Integrity Energy is passionate about protecting your business from unexpectedly high energy bills by finding, negotiating and providing the absolute best energy plans available. With our fully staffed account management department available 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every weekday, and a dedicated renewal team constantly monitoring the market for your future contract options, we’ll make sure you’re always covered with a great rate, no matter what.Find the right commercial energy plan for your business today:The best way to avoid high energy bil

Horrible company and the most rude people. They make unsolicited calls and lie about how they aren't selling anything and that our utility referred us to them. They claim to need us to renew our contract with them. We have never done business with them. They refuse to put us on their DNC list.

Our contract was expiring through the company we were at and I spoke to Whitney Morgan about a cheaper rate and maybe finding a different company. It was the easiest transaction I have ever had! She was amazing. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about what we needed. Thank you so much! I will never use anyone else!

Sales person calling my 86 year old mother
A sales person wanted to reach me about a business account (I am not the owner). They apparently tried by phone and then emailed me. To ensure they got me they then googled my name and called my 86 year old mother, not bothering to look at other people with the same last name. This is unacceptable. It left her confused about why she was being called. If this is how you do business you should change your name!

Doug, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the distress and confusion caused to both you and your mother by our recent outreach efforts. This is not the standard of professionalism we strive to uphold. We understand that contacting your mother about your upcoming renewal agreement was inappropriate and caused unnecessary worry. We will review our sales practices immediately to ensure such incidents do not happen in the future. Respecting our clients' privacy and maintaining trust is of utmost importance to us. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our processes. If there is anything more we can do to address this situation or if you would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at 1-216-502-4417 or [email protected] Thank you for your understanding and patience. Sincerely, William Jaros Retention Director 1-216-502-4417

I was pressured into signing this…
I was pressured into signing this contract with usurious rates for a very long amount of time (48 months) & horrendous cancellation fees for commercial customers. The Rep said gas prices were going to drastically increase & from everything I'm seeing, that is a blatant lie. I am thoroughly upset with "Integrity" Energy & with myself, for believing her.

We aim to ensure that all representations made by our team are based on the most reliable information available. In the meantime, I would like to discuss potential ways to address your concerns and explore options that could bring you relief and better meet your needs. Please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected]. We will schedule a call to discuss some options. Once again, I apologize for any stress or inconvenience this matter has caused.
