About Integrity Energy

With more energy options available than ever, Integrity Energy is dedicated to providing customized, cost-effective solutions that suit the business needs of every customer.Where we began:Established in 2010 by Cleveland, Ohio natives Mike Naughton and Paul Nero, Integrity Energy was founded to provide businesses of all sizes with the best commercial electricity and natural gas rates available on the market. With over 40,000 customers served and relationships with over 30 leading suppliers, we’re able to secure some of the most competitive pricing across the country, allowing us to pass the savings along to our clients. As a leading energy broker in the United States, we pride ourselves on continually refining and improving our offerings and services to adapt in the ever-changing energy market. Our leadership team has over five decades of combined executive experience and continues to push the organization to new heights and advancements, with its most recent being the launch of online residential energy marketplace, PriceToCompare.com.Keeping businesses price protected through the unpredictable:Our goal is to make the unpredictable, predictable - at least when it comes to energy spending. Energy rates, and the variables that affect them, are often completely out of business owners’ hands. This can leave their bottom lines vulnerable to price hikes caused by natural disasters, seasonal demand increases, fuel shortages and so much more.Integrity Energy is passionate about protecting your business from unexpectedly high energy bills by finding, negotiating and providing the absolute best energy plans available. With our fully staffed account management department available 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM every weekday, and a dedicated renewal team constantly monitoring the market for your future contract options, we’ll make sure you’re always covered with a great rate, no matter what.Find the right commercial energy plan for your business today:The best way to avoid high energy bil

Zero Integrity Frauds!
This company called me and stated they could help me with the renewal of my business energy accounts. They connected me with Engie. Once I received my first bill, I was shocked that my electric costs went up over $1200 per month! Now I am stuck in a contract and will be losing 12 to 14 thousand dollars a year, all because of Integrity, Trust me, they have NO integrity! Run, do not walk away from these frauds!! UPDATE: Ok, since you frauds want to respond with BS, let me set the record straight. I have 4 other identical restaurant units which have a different service provider. Their rates did NOT increase ONE bit! So your answer, like your company and your integrity is CRAP!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We take concerns like yours very seriously and are committed to providing clear, transparent energy solutions. Our goal is always to help businesses save money and make informed decisions about their energy needs. We understand how unexpected cost increases can be frustrating. However, the increase in your rate is due to changes in the market. Energy prices in Texas have risen, and your new rate is consistent with current market conditions, which are averaging in the 6 to 7 cent range. As such, the rate offered to you is in line with what others in the region are paying. If you have any further concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to assist in any way we can.

I HATE this company
Editing to add: Your reply means nothing, you only posted it because you tried to report my review and it didn't work. Another example of how dishonest this company truly is. I HATE this company. They have been calling my business for YEARS despite the many number of times I have told them we don't already do business with them (yes they love to try that trick) and we will NEVER do business with them. I was assured so many times they will stop calling but they never do. I loathe them with such a passion that any time energy companies come up I trash this company - gotta spread the word!

Easy Process
We worked with Eden Dean who made the whole process, start to finish, a breeze. We even added another location that was linked to a different energy company. She got all our sites moved over to one electric company - such a relief. The only thing we had to do was give the location. I highly recommend working with this company and Eden is fantastic.
