Satisfied so far. My 2020 Toyota 4Runner needed work when fuel pump failed near 109000 miles. Shop said it would run $900-$1400. Filed claim online, they had an inspector look it over, approved the fuel pump replacement after roughly 5 days. Customer service was actually nice. They always ask for oil change records which can be a hassle. 4 stars.

I needed an engine on my 2015Toyota Avalon Hybrid about Oct 2024. After a reasonable deductible, they got-her-done! It's Oct 2026 and the engine is still running. Of course it was used but the price tag was about $5600! However, I was informed that when the time for repairs extended, the company would pay for your rental. I think they sent me a check for $135 and I had to absorb the $1000 balance. I just "let that go..." hence the 4 and a half stars, instead of five stars.

Bought warranty for my car engine stopped on me… they came to rescue as promised… only paid 175 for a new engine and labor … really appreciate the services folks… would def recommend them to my family and friends …

My experience was great but looks like I had to go over my contract so I know what it Really covers . I submitted a repair and not everything was covered some parts weren't listed. but I had the most expensive parts covered !!!! Im taken care of.
