I've been using InstaWP as a paid customer for a while, and has always worked smoothly. I recently got an issue while working with Breakdance Builder and they assisted me in minutes. Keep up the good work.

I have been using InstaWP for a few years now, and it's easily one of the most innovative platforms in WordPress today. Between excellent support and a user-friendly dashboard that does just about everything a WP designer/developer needs, coupled with a really grounded, friendly CEO who is always open to feedback and is constantly driving innovation, it's a platform that everyone in the WP space should be using. It saves me countless hours per month, just having everything I need in one unified platform. Also check out the WaaS solution!
