I can't figure out how to install it.

Unable to download product. Poor customer service. Asked for a refund…still have not heard back!

My download didn't work. I reached out to you via chat and email and heard nothing. I am disputing the charges with my bank.

Had a problem installing key. Had to call Microsoft for a numbers key. Did get it registered that way. Sent you folks an email asking for help. May email was not answered. 😩

NEVER received product for download or product key. An e-mail states my order was completed on 4/9 at 7:51 am. It is now 4/11 at 8:26 and I am still waiting to receive my product. I have sent multiple e-mails to the help desk and have received NO RESPONSE and NO PRODUCT.
